During my own spiritual journey and development I had found myself, especially during the dream time, having exceptional experiences.
My first realization was when friends and acquaintances would approach me and explain how I had appeared in their dreams or visions and how I had helped them.
I have used a combination of many lessons in my own life and teachings of Cliff Preston and Linda Preston, Alan Drew, Liane Kinsman, Peggy Demizio, Mahendra Trivedi, Dr. David Hawkins, Christie Marie Sheldon.
Through further research into what was going on I inquired through channeling session with Cliff Preston and the Echo. They told me that I am contacting people on a subconscious level attempting to implement the re-creation of perfect health into their bodies.
( no wonder I am so tired in the mornings! :)
...the Echo told me I was assisting 75-100 people every night!
and honestly I wasn't aware of how many people I was assisting at that time.
...the Echo advised that I needed to reduce this number to 4 people a night.
